All orders shipped in corrugated cases, lined with 1 1/2 Styrofoam insulation & with re-usable igh-tech Frozen gel packs. Each case can contain up to 18 assorted items, with a minimum of 12. Goods will stay acceptably frozen for up to max 48 hours. Shipping Days are Monday - Wednesday only, by UPS or Fed-Ex, to avoid any week-end delay problems All orders from Florida, Georgia, North & South Carolina, Virginia and alabama will be shipped by economical Ground Freight as quoted on our online Shipping Cost Guide. All other States orders must be shipped by 2nd. Day Air to ensure arrival Frozen, incurring additional freight charge. these will be quoted by telephone or e-mail for your approval prior to Order Acceptance. Freight charges are billed at cost. A small additional Handling & Insulated Packaging Charge of $6.50 per case is billed on 2 or more cases.
